How weird....

So last Sunday night/Monday morning (the 7th) brought the first snowfall of any real amount since I have been in Luxembourg:

wow look at that, almost 1 inch, and it stuck for like a full day! Quite exciting, and a bit of a contrast to the 80 degree temperatures we had here last April.

Also this past weekend I made my first visit to Rome for a few days to get away from work and the freezing weather and of course explore one of the coolest cities around. Anyway, the whole trip will get a full post soon enough, but the highlight was probably the Saturday night dinner at a small restaurant just a bit of the Campo di Fiori. The dinner was amazing, and before dessert I decided to ask Secil a question:

and she said yes.

Definitely more details to come.
Cheers!

Congrats big guy!
I am very excited for you two. Is there any chance you can get the mexican restaurant in Madrid to cater the event?
